Christina has an interest in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma and other complex problems. As part of her current Doctoral studies she is interested in how changing technologies are impacting upon adolescence in a dynamic and changing world. As part of this research she is working with adolescents, parents and educators.

I started my path training as a counsellor in 2000 and have interwoven this with various studies of Mindfulness, Meditation and Qigong which have both benefited myself and my clients. I love to travel and explore both the internal and external world and facilitate Women's Wellness Retreats worldwide.
