Dear Therapist

Many books have been written, and many films made about a person's relationship with their therapist.
This space was created for you to share your thoughts and feelings about therapy in general - and / or
your personal experience of therapy in particular.

What does one say, words will never be enough

I did what you believed I could do and I will never forget it

When to give space and when to comfort

You are invited to submit an open Dear Therapist letter, anonymously if you wish. Letters must be original, that is:
written by you and not already published online.

You can email your Dear Therapist letter using Good Therapy's Contact page. In sending a letter you give Good Therapy permission to correct typing errors or edit your letter for publishing on this website.
