I offer individual counselling, supervision and couples counselling. I draw on two main methodologies which inform my practice. The first is transactional analysis, which provides a positive view of human nature and people's capacity to change. The second is Imago, a unique method of working with couples, devised by Harville Hendrix.

I provide unconventional counselling for unconventional teens and young adults. I specialise in youth mental health, LGBTQI+ specific counselling; and childhood trauma. Helping you to claim space in society as your authentic self, without compromising who you are. My style is underpinned by curiosity, creativity and playfulness.
