The treatment can include a person centred, existential, relational approach combined with art therapy, mindfulness skills development and narrative approach promoting self-awareness, empowerment and personal responsibility.

I have acquired my clinical experience over thirteen years of clinical practice as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I have worked in generalised private practice and in various areas of mental health, with clientele affected by intrapersonal and interpersonal issues, interpersonal and developmental trauma (sexual assault, abuse), fertility and other health issues, grief and loss, migration and life transition difficulties. I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples, adults and adolescents with a wide variety of presentations including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, PTSD, personality disorders and dissociation.
