I employ an eclectic holistic approach in the choice of utilised modalities in order to accommodate the uniqueness of each person, couple, and issue. The treatment can include a person-centred, existential and Focusing Oriented Therapy, relational approach, combined with art therapy, mindfulness skills development and narrative approach promoting self-awareness, empowerment and personal responsibility.

I have acquired my clinical experience over thirteen years of clinical practice as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I have worked in generalised private practice and in various areas of mental health, with clientele affected by intrapersonal and interpersonal/relationship issues, interpersonal and developmental trauma (sexual assault, abuse), fertility and other health issues, grief and loss and life transition difficulties. I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples, adults and adolescents with a wide variety of presentations including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, PTSD, personality disorders and dissociation.
