As a trauma and couples therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples reduce their distress. I am Gottman Method and EMDR trained and I have a special interest working with first responders and couples in conflict and/or on the brink and couples affected by betrayal.

I offer trauma informed, psychodynamic counselling for adolescents and adults, with particular depth in substance use and grief and loss. I provide a calm, non judgmental space to explore emotional challenges and support meaningful, lasting change.
