Each individual wants something different out of therapy and it is my job to assist them in their journey. My approach is warm, personal and non-judgmental. Because of my training in different therapeutic approaches, as well as my years of experience, I employ a variety of methods and am not locked into any single school of psychotherapy.

I work Psychodynamically - this modality of therapy focuses on the unconscious processes as they manifest in a persons behaviour. The goals of this therapy are for the client to achieve self-awareness and understanding of how their past impacts upon their present behaviour.
