I offer short, medium and long term psychotherapy and counselling services for individuals. I have undertaken extensive training in emotionally focused therapy. I have also undertaken extensive training and supervision in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapeutic model. I have a particular interest in treating complex trauma.

Anna helps her clients come to a deeper self-awareness through identifying and exploring beliefs, habits of thought, behaviours and emotions to bring a better understanding of feelings and reactions to various situations. She supports her clients to develop better coping skills to live a life in keeping with their values.
