    A conversation with Anna Sheppard

    • I have an eclectic approach, drawing on several evidence based modalities, including ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems. Work in the counselling room is supported by mindfulness/psychological flexibility exercises and somatic (of the body) therapies, including diaphragmatic breathing and progressive muscle relaxation.
