This deeper self-awareness can bring clarity and reveal pathways to positive change. She integrates various therapies depending on the unique needs of her clients.

I have an eclectic approach, drawing on several evidence based modalities, including ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an effective trauma treatment and can be used outside of PTSD presentations. Work in the counselling room is supported by mindfulness/psychological flexibility exercises and somatic (of the body) therapies (e.g. diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, movement and focusing).
