I work with women who are experiencing challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and relationship issues. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centred, and I draw on ACT, CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients feel supported, heard, and empowered.

Dickson ACT

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and PACFA Clinical Counsellor currently offering EMDR therapy and counselling using trauma informed lenses with a special interest in mental health, trauma resolution, attachment, parenting, child and adolescent issues.

PHILLIP ACT

No single approach fits everyone; this is why I draw on a variety of theories and tools to support your individual needs. I work in a holistic and non-pathologising way. My therapeutic practice is informed by Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Self Psychology.
