I am a psychologist with 8 years experience supporting adults, young adults, and teenagers/children and their families across a number of government, education and disability services. My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth and genuine. I aim to create a place where you feel comfortable, respected and able to be heard without judgement.

Services

  • Counselling, Psychotherapy, Clinical Supervision, Phone Consultations, Online Video Consultations 
  • A standard consultation is 50 minutes and can be held face to face in our light-filled therapy rooms in the Sydney CBD, or by telehealth (video and telephone). Medicare rebate are available for in person and telehealth sessions.

    Your first session will involve us coming to a shared understanding of what has brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and how we will work together - as people come to therapy for all sorts of different reasons. I will ask questions to get to know you and provide some suggestions for starting your treatment based on what is the priority for you. I'll also answer any questions you may have about the therapy process and the way I work.

    You'll find us in the Dymocks building 5 minutes walk from Town Hall station. Parking is limited and we suggest arriving by train, bus or light rail.

    Without Medicare rebate-
    $200 per 50 minute session
