My approach in counselling is to provide a safe and non-judgemental setting in which my clients feel comfortable to explore their specific life issues and difficulties. Counselling involves the development of a secure and trusting relationship where doubts and fears can be shared. My approach is individualised and solution focussed rather than problem oriented. Support and validation enables my clients to access their own strengths and inner resources to address their issues and concerns.
