Philosophy & Vision
I work with you by providing a safe empathic space where together we can explore the issues you are facing, thereby increasing your awareness by identifying patterns of behaviour and beliefs that are no longer serving you. I also work by helping you to release your own agency, creativity and potential in order to allow you to heal and experience life more fully.
Background
I have varied experience as a counsellor in Commercial Setting, Community Work and Private Practice setting where I have seen a variety of client in gender, ethnicity and issues presented including but not limited to Relationship Issues, Depression, Anxiety and Addiction.

I am a member of the Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of NSW and abide by their professional code of ethics.
I regularly attend both individual supervision and therapy to ensure my clients receive a high standard of care and service.

I have a particular interest process oriented relationship, systemic and group work and lean towards modalities that support this approach as they are powerful in not only explaining your current circumstances but also providing direct opportunities for healing and growth.
My approach takes a holistic view of you in the context of your family and your wider environment, in order to shed light on your current ways of being.
