I am a body-oriented psychotherapist, social ecologist, and adult educator committed to my clients' personal growth and healing and to positive ecological change.
Background
Following medical studies at Frankfurt University Medical School and training at the Chiron Centre for Holistic Psychotherapy in London, I have been in working as a body-oriented psychotherapist in a German psychosomatic clinic from 1984 to 1988 and in private practice in Australia ever since. Following the completion of my Ph.D. in Social Ecology in 2005, I have turned the focus of my work towards the integration of personal growth and ecological change. Together with Professor Stuart Hill, I am currently promoting the new profession of sustainability work through publications and presentations in Australia and India.
