Philosophy & Vision

My approach focuses on client's individual strengths and the harnessing of these alongside of resources to achieve personal growth. No two clients are the same and each client deserves a personalised, tailored approach which is underpinned by a thorough appreciation of their unique needs and life goals.

Fundamentally, clients need to feel safe, validated and empowered to work toward change and the development of new positive habits and strategies.

Background

My experience spans over 20 years across a number of diverse fields that include suicide prevention, crisis counselling, domestic violence, trauma and sexual assault counselling. In recent times I have worked in private practice coaching and therapy, providing solution focussed & NLP based therapy.
