As a practising IFS Therapist, Psychotherapist and Integrative Therapist, my role is to hold an emotional container for you as you navigate and explore parts of yourself that you might find challenging to do alone. I have a particular interest working with Trauma and PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Suicide Ideation, Chronic Illness and Eating Distress.
