We are continually challenged by the changing circumstances of our lives and accompanying emotions. Our health and well being depend on how we manage these events and express our emotions. Learning about emotions and how they affect our thoughts and actions is essential for everyone.
I can help you learn about yourself so you can actively manage your life, make conscious choices and improve well being.
Background
I have over 25 years experience in Australia and Europe working in a variety of educational and mental health settings.
I have undertaken additional studies in family therapy, psychodynamic counselling, couples therapy and Family Dispute Resolution.
I draw from a range of therapeutic and theoretical approaches to bring empathy, understanding, acceptance and healing to the process.
I work in a collaborative manner with other professionals in health and Family Law settings.

As an accredited Mental Health Social Worker and member of the Australian Association of Social Workers, regular supervision, professional development and appropriate registration is mandatory. I adhere to the professional and ethical standards as set out by the AASW. I attend workshops and seminars regularly to keep abreast of best practice developments in the field.
