Philosophy & Vision

We live in relationship with ourselves, with others and with this world. We thrive, we heal and we grow in relationship. Yet life continually challenges us to renegotiate our relationships. The therapy partnership I offer is founded on wisdom of existential therapy, practice of mindfulness, and faith in change inspired by neuroscience. I will gently help you reconnect with your inner knowledge, open to new possibilities with an improved sense of self, and reclaim responsibility for life choices.

Background

I am trained in a mindful and professional mode of counselling and psychotherapy. I have run my own private practice for 15 years. I have specialised in the discomforts of life and the shadow side. I also have extensive experience in workplace training, individual and team development and career counselling. My life journey has been eclectic and has privileged me with an expansive experience of other's worlds.
