Belair SA

I draw on CBT, DBT, EFT and Schema Therapy to provide trauma-informed counselling for adolescents, adults, couples and families, also providing care for neuro-diverse people. I offer support with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress as well as grief, loss, and personal growth and change through life's stages.

Modbury SA

I am kind, compassionate, and understanding because life can be tough and people often require that little support to regain their emotional balance and become better. I am responsive, I listen to and do my best to design customised therapy programs for people I work with. Because we are all different and the same approach does not suit everyone.
