I'm Rima Alkadamani-or Mimi, as many know me and after two decades working as a caseworker and project officer within government and non profit organisations, I felt it was time for something different.

My approach is strength-based, drawing from Attachment Theory and models such as the Circle of Security, to address social, emotional, and behavioural issues. In sessions, clients may work on emotional regulation strategies, decrease anxiety, develop social skills, improving impulse control and increasing self-esteem.
