Philosophy & Vision

You have a good life, but something feels missing. Perhaps you're wondering: 'what is the purpose of life?', 'what is the meaning of my life?', and 'how can I create a more fulfilling life?'

Maybe you are in the middle of an existential crisis, contemplating a career transition, or experiencing spiritual awakening. Everything that made sense for you in the past, just doesn't anymore. And deep down, you know something has to change, which feels deeply unsettling.

In my therapy practice, I hold space for you to explore your inner intricacies, clarify your authentic values, and tune in to who you are becoming. Together, we will work through any fears or limiting beliefs that come up during the process, and make space for the truth of who you are.

Background

I used to be that teenager who didn’t know what to do after high school, so I followed my parents’ advice and pursued Computer Science.

In my first year of university, I realised that I didn’t like what I was studying. I changed degrees four times, only to end up where I started.

I went on to work as a Software Engineer, and later in Product Management. I dreaded Mondays and looked forward to weekends, because I was deeply unfulfilled in what I was doing. The role itself didn’t feel personally meaningful for me.

I stumbled upon Counselling & Psychotherapy, and went on to pursue my Master’s degree. Then it finally started to click — I had to undergo my own journey to help others on a similar journey :)

In the past, I’ve received feedback that my style is empathetic, thoughtful, and grounding - these are at the heart of what I offer my clients, as I guide them in navigating confusion & self-doubt so they can move towards clarity and ease.
