I love to travel and explore both the internal and external world and facilitate Women's Wellness Retreats worldwide.

Christina has an interest in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma and other complex problems. As part of her current Doctoral studies she is interested in how changing technologies are impacting upon adolescence in a dynamic and changing world. As part of this research she is working with adolescents, parents and educators.
