I seek to enhance an individual's connection with their inner world through client-centred, trauma-informed, holistic approaches. I am passionate about providing personalised, compassionate and effective care.

Dickson ACT

I am a registered social worker and clinical counsellor currently offering counselling using trauma informed lenses with a special interest in mental health, trauma resolution, attachment, parenting, child and adolescent issues.

PHILLIP ACT

No single approach fits everyone; this is why I draw on a variety of theories and tools to support your individual needs. I work in a holistic and non-pathologising way. My therapeutic practice is informed by Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Self Psychology.
