I have over 30 years experience helping individuals create a deep relationship with themselves and helping couples create a secure connection to their partner. A strong bond is a powerful fundament for working through challenges as individuals, and as couples working together.

Through meaningful therapeutic conversations and mindfulness I work with clients to explore personal difficulties and life challenges whilst also working towards identifying and strengthening personal resilience. I enjoy working with a wide range of people and value human and cultural diversity.
