Philosophy & Vision
With each client being unique, I believe in a multimodal and holistic approach. There is a need to explore both a clients internal world and external environment, in developing self awareness and perspective. Working collaboratively and drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, we will work to achieve short term and long term benefits, in an environment you are supported and listened too.
Background
Having completed a MA in Psychology, I worked with a number of corporates focusing on improving organisational and human resource concerns. I then looked to broaden my experience in the mental health field, completing a Grad Dip in Counselling, and gaining experience within a private hospital before starting my practice. I also work with Raise as a Program Counsellor, focusing on building resilience in youth. Over the years, I have gained knowledge of the impact workplace issues, family and other external factors can have, in conjunction with internal factors, on the health of a client emotionally, behaviourally, physically and cognitively.

Therapy Approach
With each client being unique, I have a holistic and multimodal approach, providing therapy that is blended and most suited to the individual. I work with clients in firstly understanding their concerns fully, and then together explore the concerns from a variety of perspectives. In developing greater self awareness and identifying strengths, we can then focus on an approach that will give the client short term and long term results and benefits.
