The relationship heals and is what is instrumental and fundamental in initiating change. The process of therapy is one of collaboration where a person is allowed to talk about whatever is troubling them. The aim is personal growth in an environment which can allow and promote it. To truly be effective, I must begin to discover what makes a person resilient and where their strengths lie. I must also work to understand the factors that contribute to ongoing suffering as well as barriers to growth.

    Quality Provision

I currently hold registration with the Psychology Board of Australia. I endorse and uphold the ethical guidelines established by the Australian Psychological Society.

I regularly attend workshops and further training to stay current.

The consulting rooms are pleasantly outfitted, with ample natural light, providing a welcoming space where people can feel comfortable and settled. I believe the therapy room must be conducive to introspection and engagement in close conversation.

    Appointments

Contact can be made by individuals or professionals. Initial contact can be made online but there would be an initial phone call prior to an initial appointment. I aim to provide an initial appointment as soon as is practically possible.

    Transport and Parking

Numerous buses and trains run close to the practice on numerous routes in most directions. Free and paid 1hr and 2hr parking is available close by but I would suggest arriving early to secure a space. Parking is available in the hotel next door.

Fees are discussed before the first appointment.

    or Paediatrician.
