Philosophy & Vision

My approach works towards creating a safe, curious environment where we can get to know our complex inner experiences. I work with people who have unique and divergent processing styles such as autism, ADHD, giftedness/twice-exceptionality, high sensitivity, creativity and complex trauma – often in combination.
I bring training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting into my work. These are non-pathologising, trauma-informed modalities which recognise that we are all multifaceted and contain the innate capacity for healing.
Background
Prior to entering the social work profession, I spent almost a decade in arts and cultural community development. I have found that incorporating creativity into the therapeutic space can help us connect to our bodies, our environments, and our inner landscape. I have been privileged to work alongside a large spectrum of people with all kinds of experiences that affect how they approach work and relationships.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent community, I also appreciate the unique celebrations and struggles that come with these experiences and identities.
Services
I work online via Zoom and I take clients from across Australia. I am also available for supervision appointments for professional therapists, including social workers, surrounding neurodivergence.

Fees & Insurance
I charge $190 per session, but am open to discussing a sliding scale for clients who are unwaged or in financial stress.
