I am fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Association. I follow the professional and ethical guidelines set by these organisations. I keep up to date on current evidence based research by regularly attending professional training and participation in regular clinical supervision.

Therapy Approach
Whilst the framework I use is CBT, I tailor therapy for each client's unique needs and preferences and thus draw from a range of different approaches including Solution Focused Therapy; Family Therapy; Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT); Narrative Therapy and Dream Work. My main therapeutic aim is to assist clients to remember who they are, to nurture their soul, to honour their gifts, to accept their limitations and move a client to wellness and optimal happiness.
