I approach my work as a body-oriented psychotherapist and counsellor from a holistic position that views people as emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual beings.
I am passionate about working with the empathic relationship and integrating nurturing and attuned touch when appropriate. Within this safe framework, I assist clients in facing difficult issues and in transforming traumatic experiences to find a new understanding of themselves and more aliveness and self-acceptance.
