Philosophy & Vision

Hello,
As a Holistic Counsellor, I like to work with the person as a whole, not just focus on a particular part of an issue.
I believe we all have an innate knowing of what we need, and we work together to uncover this knowing.
Life transitions and events can be difficult for everyone, and feeling supported can often be the help we are looking for, to get us through.
Using some CBT, and other types of therapy, we work together towards you finding your best solutions.
I provide a safe, non judgemental space to talk, reflect and explore.

Background

I have worked in Corporate roles, as well as Not for Profits. From hospitals (Pastoral Care and Palliative Care), to Crisis Support (beyond blue, MensLine Australia and Suicide Line).
My many years working in EAP (employee assistance programs), has taught me to expect the unexpected from new clients.
My current preference is for Telehealth, either Zoom or telephone, but still see occasional clients in person.

Quality Provision

I undertake clinical supervision, with my trusted Supervisor, at least once per month to ensure my quality of services stays up to date.
