Philosophy & Vision
Jenny is a registered counsellor and psychotherapist with over 10+ years’ experience supporting a diverse range of clients across clinical, community and corporate settings. She believes that meaningful change happens when people feel truly heard, valued and supported to access their own strengths and resources, and be guided by their values. She has worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and grief, suicidal thoughts, work related stresses and life transitions, using a warm, practical, culturally attuned, and collaborative approach. She also supports couples to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen connection.
Background
With a background in Psychology and an MBA, Jenny brings extensive experience supporting individuals through organisational change, workplace stress, career transitions and wellbeing challenges. Her work across healthcare, transport and community services gives her strong insight into the psychological demands of high-pressure environments and significant life or work transitions.
Jenny uses a person-centred, trauma-informed approach, helping clients strengthen resilience, enhance psychological safety and navigate change in ways aligned with their goals, values and life stage. Her practice supports people to integrate wellbeing with the realities of work and relationships, enabling greater clarity, confidence and alignment.

Jenny uses an integrated approach using modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused narrative and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
Alongside her individual work, she is passionate about relationship and couples therapy, drawing on both the Gottman Method and Prepare/Enrich frameworks. She support couples to improve communication, manage conflict constructively, and strengthen emotional connection - creating a safe, respectful space where both partners can feel heard and understood.

Therapy Approach
Jenny takes an integrated, individually tailored approach to therapy, drawing on a range of modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. She might use CBT and DBT to help clients manage unhelpful thinking, regulate stress and emotional overwhelm, and build healthier coping strategies, while using psychodynamic psychotherapy to support clients identify the origins of their distress, guiding guiding them toward more adaptive, empowered and productive ways of living.
Recognising that no single approach suits everyone, Jenny collaborates with clients to find what best fits their needs and goals, helping them to strengthen resilience, navigate change and enhance relationships and wellbeing.

Fees & Insurance
The cost of a 50-minute session is $185 for individual therapy and $225 for couples. I offer a free 15-minute initial consult.
