    A conversation with Jennifer Fox

    • A spiritual experience I had when I was 12 years old, following that inner thread led me to this profession - an inner and professional life journey.
    • Existential and phenomenological questions, reading and study. Taoism and Buddhist studies and practice.
    • Working with the mind, emotions and the body holistically.
    • Therapeutic process and relational methods
    • When experiencing changes of mood, feeling, self perception. An increase in well being and behavioural changes.
    • More self and other awareness and compassion.
    • The engagement with each individual and the mapping together of what drives their suffering and change!
    • Yes, learning to take them more lightly.
    • The impact our species is having on the planet through climate change and how to engage in ways of reducing that impact and being adaptable to making changes.
    • Too many to name, however, certain Buddhist chants and visualisations truly inspire me and keep me buoyant and grateful.
