I am a registered psychologist with experience and interest in working with all age groups and my clients are individuals, couples and families. I have provided assessment and treatment for children, adolescents and adults with a range of issues including mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment difficulties, emotion regulation difficulties and parenting challenges. My focus is on working with clients to understand their experiences and work towards creating the life they want to live.
I value working collaboratively with my clients, their families as well as other services or professionals involved in their lives. I believe this helps to achieve better treatment outcome for the client.

These may include anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, trauma, suicide and self-harm, behavioural difficulties and emotional regulations as well as parenting support. Anita also has an interest in promoting mental health and well-being in the workplace environment. She can provide support to meet needs and build the capacity and resilience of individuals and teams. Anita also has experience supporting people with intellectual disability
