Philosophy & Vision
I value working with the whole individual and their many complex facets. I view therapy as a collaborative and creative process in which I can support you to dig beneath the surface and find new understandings of your difficulties.
I have particular interest in working with people who may feel like outsiders in some way, and I value providing a judgement-free space that feels safe for you to speak as freely as possible. Nothing is irrelevant or unwelcome.
Background
I have experience working in the education sector and in the not-for-profit sector supporting people experiencing complex mental health issues and psychosocial needs.
Services
I am a psychotherapist and counsellor working with adults of all ages in private practice.
Quality Provision
I receive regular supervision and continue to engage in self-directed learning and professional development trainings.
My personal experience undergoing Lacanian psychoanalysis has been instrumental, and continues to be an important part of my practice as a therapist.
