I believe therapy is a space to reconnect with your inner clarity, heal unresolved wounds, and build a life that feels grounded and meaningful. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, creating an environment where you feel genuinely seen and safe as we explore your experiences together.

I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, attachment wounds, relationship difficulties, grief, and major life transitions. I also support individuals navigating chronic stress and cultural adjustment.

Integrating EMDR with person-centred, psychodynamic, and CBT approaches, I pay attention to both your story and the patterns that shape your wellbeing. My aim is to help you develop emotional resilience, shift unhelpful behaviours, and reconnect with your own sense of agency.
