    Relationship Therapist, Family Therapist

I care deeply about your healing, and I will facilitate this by drawing on many years experience and training. If you experience distressing symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, or trauma symptoms, I have many skills and ideas that can help. I enjoy assisting people to tune into their own ability to 're-wire' their brains and nervous systems, improve their sense of well being, and feel more empowered.

I also offer relationship counselling, parenting advice, and support to adolescents....
