A conversation with Adriana Cavalcanti
-
My passion for helping others, seeing them grow and live better lives.
-
As I work from a holistic approach, I am interested in every and any aspect of an individual's journey.
-
I use a wide range of methods depending on the client's needs. I use a variety of creative methods to help clients better understand what is happening for them and in their lives.
-
When clients feel safe and are to able to express themselves freely. When clients are able to feel and able to adopt a different perspective.
-
I have always been fascinated by how therapy can create an opportunity for self discovery and healing. I feel that therapy has helped me become a better person and allowed me to have better relationships.
-
Being there for the other person, being part of their journey in a meaningful and helpful way.
-
Definitely! It is unrealistic to expect that everyday will be a 'good hair' day.
When I am having a 'bad hair' day, I remind myself to breathe, focus in the present moment and be kind to myself. We are only human! -
The lack of meaningful connection to others which I think is very sad and a big concern.
