Philosophy & Vision
I work with individuals, couples and groups seeking change. My sessions are informed by post-graduate training and ongoing study; evidence-based approaches; and insights gained from decades of global corporate experience, growing up as a third culture kid (TCK), and having explored the depths of my own inner workings. Clients describe me as warm, insightful, non-judgmental, and helpful. I welcome the opportunity to meet so you can see if I am the right fit for you.
Background
I grew up as a third culture kid (TCK) living in South East Asia. The first half of my career was in corporate finance holding executive roles in multinationals, start-ups and private companies around Australia, Asia and Europe. I then moved into the nonprofit sector in Australia before completing a Masters of Counselling & Applied Psychotherapy in middle age. This breadth of experience gives me a unique perspective on the human condition and the ways we make meaning of the world.

I am a psychotherapist, coach and clinical supervisor. My approach is trauma informed and draws on narrative, existential and strengths-based therapies. But what my clients experience is a grounded, attuned, insightful therapist effectively assisting with change. I have a global world view and curious mindset that enable a pragmatic engagement with life's messiness.
