    Therapy Approach

I work with individuals through the psychodynamic modality, with the aim of increasing self-awareness and better understanding the effect of the past on present behaviour. Over the course of therapy, we examine how thoughts, feelings, and actions are interrelated, and how they systemically form habits that drive our behaviour.

I specialise in interpersonal group therapy, enhancing social functioning and emotional well-being. In a safe, supportive setting, participants share experiences, improve communication skills, and build healthier relationships. Effective for anxiety, depression, and social isolation, this therapy fosters personal growth and emotional healing.
