Gently releasing stress and trauma from the body to bring yourself back into a sense of balance, resilience and wholeness. Tracey believes that we each hold our own unique wisdom, and helps you to build a stronger connection to your inner resources.
Tracey is a Counsellor, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), Psychotherapist, and Art Therapist. She offers support in a warm and inviting space that helps you to feel accepted and understood. As we restore our connection to ourselves, we are then able to bring this into more meaningful relationships.
Tracey is inspired by the ideas of Anthroposophy (study of the human being), and has a love for nature.
