Tracey is a compassionate and creative psychologist and uses a collaborative therapeutic style to help clients achieve emotional, social and physical well being. Tracey's counselling approach draws from a number of therapeutic frameworks including positive psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness to help clients achieve their personal goals.

Tracey has worked in the private and public sector health sector in Australia and the UK including the Department of Psychology at Sydney University, The Department of Community Medicine at UNSW, the CRS, KPMG, the Department of Clinical Psychology at Southampton Hospital, and in private practice. Tracey is Psychology Access Plus Psychologist for Sydney North Primary Health Network.
Appointments are available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturdays 8am to 12 noon.
My practice is a 5 minute walk from Gordon Station, with free 3 hour parking in the Gordon Centre.
Saturday appointments are available in Lindfield, 5 minute walk from the train station. Free parking outside or in Coles car park opposite.
Fees are for a 55 minute session
Bulk billing available for pensioners..
Clients with a GP mental health plan and a referral from their GP may receive a rebate from Medicare.
Private health rebates available.
