I work with people living with anxiety, depression, and loneliness. I have a special interest in counselling new parents, and people at points of change in their life. Together we can work to find a path around the obstacles in your life and to take the actions that align with your values and goals.

I work with adults and teens (16+), utilising evidence based, integrative tools and therapies. My holistic approach supports you in understanding your experiences, overcoming barriers, and empowering you towards a fulfilling life.

No single approach fits everyone; this is why I draw on a variety of theories and tools to support your individual needs. I work in a holistic and non-pathologising way. My therapeutic practice is informed by Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Self Psychology.
