I have specialised across my career in trauma recovery, mental health recovery, attachment, eating disorders, parenting and perinatal mental health, workplace mental health and recovery from burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. My approach is client centred, and recovery oriented.

As a clinical psychologist and psychoanalytic psychotherapist with 30 years experience, I've worked in a variety of settings and have been in private practice since 2007. I see people of all ages with a wide range of concerns. I am mindful to work collaboratively and to adjust interventions to what is required and considered as most helpful.

I provide psychological services for individuals experiencing psychological difficulties related to mental health issues, life or learning difficulties, substance use and or their physical health. I take a warm and respectful approach with clients as I recognize sharing ones inner world of thoughts and feelings can be difficult.
