With a special interest in the broad concept of spirituality and the deeper existential questions of life, death, meaning and purpose, I aim to support people as they reflect upon their place in the world and their choices in life, both past and future. I am also interested in compassion fatigue, burnout, vicarious trauma, and moral injury.

While offering general counselling to all, I also offer specialised counselling for men in addictive behaviours and relationship issues, and adolescents and children in grief and loss, self image, emotional regulation, school issues and social skills.

Warm, experienced, engaging, healing for individuals, couples, families and organisations. Hope for the future is essential. Life is to be lived fully. Many of my clients are professionals, health workers - people whose work may include exposure to trauma. Many are trauma survivors themselves. Organisations also undergo trauma at times too.
