If you feel comfortable we can book our first session either by video or face to face. I use a strengths based approach to support people achieve their goals.

My approach is strength-based, drawing from Attachment Theory and models such as the Circle of Security, to address social, emotional, and behavioural issues. In sessions, clients may work on emotional regulation strategies, decrease anxiety, develop social skills, improving impulse control and increasing self-esteem.
