I work with people living with anxiety, depression, and loneliness. I have a special interest in counselling new parents, and people at points of change in their life. Together we can work to find a path around the obstacles in your life and to take the actions that align with your values and goals.

I work with women who are experiencing challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and relationship issues. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centred, and I draw on ACT, CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients feel supported, heard, and empowered.
