I am a sensitive, flexible, dynamic and experienced therapist. I consult with adults with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief and loss, trauma, burnout, crisis and identity issues. I specialise in depth approaches including IFS and trauma work, working with men, LGBTQIA+ health, and work with creative and highly sensitive people.
