With a special interest in the broad concept of spirituality and the deeper existential questions of life, death, meaning and purpose, I aim to support people as they reflect upon their place in the world and their choices in life, both past and future. I am also interested in compassion fatigue, burnout, vicarious trauma, and moral injury.

While offering general counselling to all, I also offer specialised counselling for men in addictive behaviours and relationship issues, and adolescents and children in grief and loss, self image, emotional regulation, school issues and social skills.
