I will help you think about what you want in your life, what you want to keep and what to change, and to find your way towards achieving your goals.

My approach is strength-based, drawing from Attachment Theory and models such as the Circle of Security, to address social, emotional, and behavioural issues. In sessions, clients may work on emotional regulation strategies, decrease anxiety, develop social skills, improving impulse control and increasing self-esteem.
