I am a registered social worker and clinical counsellor currently offering counselling using trauma informed lenses with a special interest in mental health, trauma resolution, attachment, parenting, child and adolescent issues.

No single approach fits everyone; this is why I draw on a variety of theories and tools to support your individual needs. I work in a holistic and non-pathologising way. My therapeutic practice is informed by Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Self Psychology.

I work with adults and teens (16+), utilising evidence based, integrative tools and therapies. My holistic approach supports you in understanding your experiences, overcoming barriers, and empowering you towards a fulfilling life.
