No single approach fits everyone; this is why I draw on a variety of theories and tools to support your individual needs. I work in a holistic and non-pathologising way. My therapeutic practice is informed by Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Self Psychology.

I work with individual clients, to address depression, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, existential crisis, and self-evolution. I seek to enhance an individual's connection with their inner world through client-centred, trauma-informed, holistic approaches. I am passionate about providing personalised, compassionate and effective care.
